For an audience of primarily IT operations managers, we developed a three-touch direct mailer that included a novel gift to spark interest, generate conversations and close deals.

VMware’s sales group needed a creative way to re-engage dormant accounts and initiate a conversation about Digital Transformation and how VMware can help them reach their goals. Based on this, we developed a two-touch (email + postcard mailer) summer campaign utilizing a surfing metaphor and imagery that caught people’s attention and assist their sales team in reconnecting with these customers.
