VMware’s NSX team needed a creative way of activating a number of “warm” prospects, some of whom were already existing customers of the company in other areas. For an audience of primarily IT operations managers, we developed a three-touch direct mailer that included a novel gift to spark interest, generate conversations and close deals.
VMware’s sales group needed a creative way to re-engage dormant accounts and initiate a conversation about Digital Transformation and how VMware can help them reach their goals. Based on this, we developed a two-touch (email + postcard mailer) summer campaign utilizing a surfing metaphor and imagery that caught people’s attention and assist their sales team in reconnecting with these customers.
VMware’s Global Benefits team needed to inject new energy to increase awareness of and participation in their annual Open Enrollment benefits process. We developed and implemented a four-week integrated communications campaign (web, video, digital signage, physical signage, and email) that improved their overall process and drove sign-ups.
